Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Clean AI mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Who We Are
Clean AI is operated by Canopas Software LLP (“Clean AI”, "Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in India at 552-554, Laxmi Enclave 2, Katargam, Surat, Gujarat 395004.
Clean AI is a mobile application designed to help users manage and organize content on their device.
Features may include:
  • identifying duplicate or unnecessary files
  • cleaning device storage
  • organizing media files
  • other device optimization tools
Some features may be available for free, while others may require a paid subscription. We may update, modify, or remove features at any time to improve the Service.
Disclaimer on Results: Storage optimization results and "space saved" estimates may vary based on your device model, operating system, and individual usage. Clean AI provides estimates for informational purposes and does not guarantee a specific amount of storage recovery.
2. Eligibility
To use Clean AI:
  • You must be at least 13 years old.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. User Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree that you will not:
  • use the Service for illegal purposes
  • interfere with the operation of the Service
  • attempt to reverse engineer or copy the app
  • bypass security or access restrictions
  • distribute malware or harmful software
  • use the Service in a way that harms other users or us
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access.
4. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Clean AI app for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to:
  • Misuse the Service or use it in violation of any laws or regulations.
  • Copy or modify the app.
  • Distribute or sell the app.
  • Extract the source code.
  • Upload malware, harmful code, or other malicious content.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or systems.
  • Disrupt, interfere with, or attempt to compromise the operation, functionality, or security of the Service.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
  • Support any illegal activities.
All rights not expressly granted remain with Canopas Software LLP.
Ownership of User Content: We do not claim ownership of the files, photos, videos, or data you manage through the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to manage and delete the content present on your device.
5. Your Account
To use most features of Clean AI, you might need to create an account.
You agree to:
  • provide accurate information when registering
  • keep your account information updated
  • keep your password secure
  • notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access if you fail to secure your account credentials.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription.
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
Trials: If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the trial expiration. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration period as the original plan unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Management: You are responsible for managing your subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must use the account settings in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to manage or cancel your plan.
Prices may vary depending on location and promotions. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Refunds and Finality of Deletion
Platform Refunds: All purchases are handled by Apple or Google. We do not have the authority to issue refunds directly. Please refer to their respective support pages for refund requests.
of Deletion: You acknowledge that Clean AI is a tool that acts upon your explicit commands. Once you confirm the deletion of files, photos, or data, the action is permanent and irreversible. We do not store your deleted files on our servers and have no ability to "undo" a deletion or recover data once you have confirmed its removal.

8. Service Availability
We strive to keep Clean AI available and functioning properly.
However, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be:
  • uninterrupted
  • error-free
  • completely secure
While Clean AI takes reasonable steps to protect and store user data, users are responsible for maintaining backups of important information. Clean AI is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from user actions, system failures, or external events.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Clean AI, including:
  • software
  • design
  • logos
  • trademarks
  • content
belong to Canopas Software LLP.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without written permission.
10. Privacy
Your use of Clean AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, and protect your personal data.
11. Termination
You may stop using Clean AI at any time. You may delete your account through the application settings.
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
  • these Terms are violated
  • the Service is used illegally
  • the Service is abused or misused
  • your use poses risk to the Service or other users
Upon termination, access to the Service may be removed.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clean AI shall not be liable for:
  • loss of data
  • device issues
  • indirect or consequential damages
  • loss of profits or revenue
arising from the use of the Service.
Clean AI’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the previous 12 months.
13. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not guarantee that:
  • the Service will always be available
  • the Service will be free from errors
  • he Service will meet all user expectations.
14. Force Majeure
Clean AI shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in the Service caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These events may include natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet service disruptions, power failures, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party service providers.
During such events, we will make reasonable efforts to restore the Service as soon as possible.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Updated Terms will be posted within the app or on our website.
Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Clean AI regarding the use of the Service and replace any prior agreements or understandings.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in India.
